Write SQL and build/maintain ETL workflows (primarily in SnapLogic)
Evaluate and introduce new tools, technologies, and architectural improvements

Manage data marts, backup strategies, and data quality standards
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions

5–6 years of experience in data engineering or data warehousing, with some leadership or team lead experience

Experience with cloud data platforms, especially AWS (Redshift, S3)
Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools such as SnapLogic or Matillion
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, customer‑oriented mindset
Experience working with large ERP systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus
