Must-Have Requirements: Strong hands-on experience architecting cloud data warehouses (10+ years experience)
Excellent presentation and communication skills (able to present technical architecture to C-suite, board, and other business teams)
Proven leadership/management experience
Professional stability in past roles
Preferred: Experience in the insurance industry
Team Structure: 4 Direct Reports
Includes at least one Senior Architect (10+ years experience)
Key Responsibilities: Architect and manage a cloud-based data warehouse (Azure required)
Present technical architecture to stakeholders, including:
Board members
Cross-functional business teams
Communicate clearly in both technical and business terms
Lead and manage a team effectively
