Job description

Lead the design, configuration, and end-to-end development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards.

Establish robust data architectures, logical/physical data models, and database structures to support big data and business intelligence.

Integrate advanced capabilities such as generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing into enterprise workflows.

Create comprehensive system documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials for staff.

Manage application lifecycles (ALM) using version control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps best practices across Azure and AWS.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and data-handling policies.

Minimum Qualifications

Active Secret security clearance (an Interim Secret clearance is acceptable to start).

5+ years of IT systems development experience, focusing on the Microsoft solution stack, cloud technologies, and data engineering.

5+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

3+ years of experience architecting cloud solutions across AWS and Azure, including working within FedRAMP guidelines.

2+ years of experience developing Canvas and Model-driven apps using PowerFx, alongside SharePoint Online integration.

Hands-on experience implementing production-grade AI/ML and intelligent automation tools.

Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), authentication, and application security.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.

Microsoft Certified: Power Apps and Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
