Laguna Development Corporation is seeking a Database Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative direct marketing strategies that drive revenue, increase player engagement, and maximize profitability across our gaming properties. In this highly visible leadership role, you will leverage customer data, analytics, segmentation, and business intelligence to create targeted marketing campaigns, evaluate promotional performance, and identify new opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
