Day Habilitation Program SupervisorWaystone is currently seeking a Day Habilitation Program Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure the delivery of safe, compliant services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for supervising staff, coordinating program activities, and maintaining regular communication with families and guardians.Location: Haverhill, MA (Day Habilitation Program)Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pmCompensation range: This is a 40-hour, non-exempt, full-time position. The annualized salary range is between $55,000 - $57,000. This position is a benefit eligible as of date of hire.Application Requirement: A cover letter is required for consideration.Why join the Waystone Team?Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, eligible to enroll on your first day!Comprehensive Wellness programFlexible Spending AccountsRetirement Savings Plan (401k/Roth) with employer match2 weeks’ vacation12 Holidays3 Personal Days9 Sick daysDEIB Committee with monthly speaker series/eventsOngoing professional development with opportunities for CEU’sEmployee Appreciation EventsRoom for growth within WaystoneTuition reimbursementEmployee referral bonusesEmployee of the month bonusJob Responsibilities:Hire, supervise, evaluate and train Case Managers and Developmental Specialists.Create and implement curriculums and activities that support the interests and needs of individuals served, their ISP goals and compliant with State, Federal and agency regulations.Coordinate monthly Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to ensure clinical (OT, PT, SLP), medical and behavioral support services are provided to coincide with identified needs, including training and proper signoffs.Ensure timely submission of program data for individuals receiving services.Support the development, implementation, and ongoing review of Day Habilitation Service Plans (DHSPs), Individual Support Plans (ISPs), and Behavior Support Guidelines and ensure all goals and objectives are clinically appropriate, person-centered, and aligned with medical, behavioral, and therapeutic assessments. Monitor and reinforce consistent implementation of approved strategies and interventions to promote positive outcomes, regulatory compliance, and continuity of careOther Responsibilities:Coordinate referral and intake processes, including tours, documentation, funding communication, and finance notifications.Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with CARF, OQE, DDS, MH, ABI, and agency policies.Partner with the Director and Community Engagement Coordinator to ensure services are member‑driven and aligned with Positive Behavior Supports.Assist with development and monitoring of the annual department budget.Oversee facility safety, cleanliness, inventory, and serve as liaison with families/guardians to promote community involvement.Participate in inspections, audits, quality reviews, newsletters, and complete all required trainings and certifications.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field with at least three (3) years of experience within the field of ID/DD or High School Diploma or GED with at least five (5) years of experience within the field of ID/DD.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.Minimum of two (2) years of experience implementing, developing and monitoring Individual Service Plans or similar plans.Familiarity with the Positive Behavior Supports model by DDS a plusExperience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) platforms, such as eHana, with the ability to learn and navigate new systems effectively.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology; able to handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.Valid Driver’s license with a minimum of 1 year’s driving experience required.Regular and predicable attendance.Waystone Health & Human Services is a 501c3, nonprofit, human services organization supporting youth and adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities; acquired brain injuries; and mental health diagnoses.
