We are governed and credentialed at a State level through WorkQuest Texas and at a Federal level through the AbilityOne Commission.Job Skills / RequirementsJob Summary: Performs basic custodial services. Work involves coordinating the cleaning and sanitation of our headquarters office. Maintaining the cleanliness of conference rooms, common areas, restrooms, the break room, and employee offices. May train others. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement.Essential Duties and Responsible:Coordinates and performs general custodial functions such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, light fixtures, carpet and tile floors.Restroom maintenance, replenishing supplies and applying cleaning chemicals as appropriate.Performs minor maintenance and repair work on custodial equipment.Cleans, dust, and inspects areas such as restrooms, offices, and other facilities as needed.Inspects buildings for cleanliness, completed work, and needed repairs.Maintains inventory records of building property, custodial equipment, materials, supplies, and equipment.Performs related duties as assigned.Compensation:$16.00 per hour.Work Hours:Flexible work hoursTwice weekly 2-5 hours each day.Work Location:4308 Bryan Street Dallas, Texas 75204Additional Information / BenefitsWorkers Compensation, Social Security Benefits and Unemployment Insurance.Rising Star is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Benefits: Medical InsuranceThis job reports to the Operations ManagerThis is a Part-Time position 1st Shift, 10 hours per week .Number of Openings for this position: 1
