Now Hiring – seeking dedicated and compassionate staff members who enjoy working with the intellectual disabled community. ON THE JOB RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician) TRAINING!!
Full Time- set schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
(Benefits for full time employees)
Benefit goes 'live' on day one
Mileage Reimbursement (when driving for client-related purposes)
Benefits go 'live' within 30 days or less
Company pays 50% of a medical plan

Spread Your Wings is aCommunity-Based Adult Behavioral Day Program serving individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the Orange County areas. Our staff workout in the community , providing person-centered support and helping individuals build skills, increase independence, and meaningfully engage in everyday life.
What you'll do:
Transport client to and from program activities
Support clients in community settings such as parks, libraries, stores, and other public venues
Implement individualized service plans focused on social skills, communication, community integration, and safety awareness
Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene and mobility support when necessary
Promote independence and encourage client participation in meaningful activities
Communicate regularly with supervisors and family members, as needed
Ensure the safety and well-being of each individual at all times
Assist with redirecting and managing behaviors
You'd be great if you:
Have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs
Have a passion for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect.
Can problem solve and adapt to different client needs
Are comfortable working independently in the community
Are a strong communicator and dependable.
Are reliable, patient, and committed to person-centered care
Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
Can follow individualized support plans and provide direct care when needed
