Day Services Team Member

Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4:00pm
Conveniently located in Clifton Park
$22-$24 an hour (dependent on experience and education)

Support people in daily activities and community outings
Implement service plans and maintain documentation
Assist with classroom activities and skill development
Provide leadership support
Transport people to community-based activities as needed

Qualifications
Education:
High School or better.
Preferred: Bachelors or better.
Experience: 1 year: Experience working in day services
Licenses & Certifications: Drivers License
