We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team.
Duties:
Perform diagnostic evaluations and provide nursing care to patients in accordance with physician's orders
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
