Job description
AdventHealth Land O Lakes is seeking an experienced RN leader to manage unit staffing and ensure coverage for all cases scheduled, with a focus on timely, accurate scheduling and documentation.
You will assist with performance appraisals, counseling, and maintaining personnel files, while promoting courteous service and teamwork across departments. RN licensure, BLS, NIHSS, and NRP are required to qualify for this role.
