nWe are seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Day Shift Home Health Aide to join our team. In this one-on-one caregiving role, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes, assisting with personal cares, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. Day shifts are available between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, offering consistent full-time hours and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life. nPremium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.
nRole Responsibilities:
nProvide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
nAssist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
nProvide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
nAccompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
nMonitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
nAct as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.
nRequirements:
nA compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
nExperience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
nReliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
nNegative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
nAvailability to work 2 weekend days per month.
