Amedisys Home Health in Massachusetts is hiring an RN case manager for full-time day shift. You will perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
Territory includes Westborough, Grafton, Ashland, Hopkinton, Upton Holliston, and surrounding towns; orientation at Marlborough care center. The role offers an attractive $96,000 to $105,000 per year, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, PPO or HSA medical plans with free telehealth, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package
