Job description
Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a day shift, full-time Intermediate Care Nursing Manager to lead the 25-bed Step-down IMC Unit. You will mentor nurses, coordinate care, and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced hospital environment.
With a BSN ongoing, active RN licensure, and certifications, you will oversee budgeting, staffing, and program development while partnering with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and experience.
