Job description
Machine Operator HelperWe are seeking a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined Machine Operator Helper to join our fast-paced production team in Rogersville, TN. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will support primary machine operators in maintaining continuous production, upholding strict safety standards, and ensuring zero-defect quality output. This full-time position operates on a rotating 12-hour schedule (2-2-3 pattern, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
