Job description
Farmington Wellness & Rehabilitation in Farmington, NM is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to deliver high-quality skilled nursing care, support resident well-being, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.
You will supervise nursing staff during the 6:00 AM–6:00 PM shift, ensure accurate documentation and timely medication administration, and help maintain regulatory compliance and positive resident/family satisfaction. Full-time benefits are provided.
