Your Role
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday
As a Day Shift Parts Assistant, you will:
Support technicians by locating and providing the correct parts needed for repairs
Receive, stock, and organize inventory to maintain an efficient parts department
Process warranty parts and related documentation
Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availabilityHelp with trailer pick-up and delivery as needed
Keep shelves, storage areas, and workspaces organized and safe
Work closely with the service team to ensure repairs stay on schedule
What You Bring to the Team
Experience in heavy-duty truck, trailer, or fleet repair environments preferred
Parts department or inventory management experience is a plus
Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Commitment to workplace safety and hazard recognition
Ability to lift, carry, and move parts as needed
Comfortable working independently during your shift
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
