Job description
Encompass Health in Salisbury, Maryland seeks a Day Shift Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. As part of an interdisciplinary rehab team, you will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor progress toward functional goals. You’ll educate patients and families, coordinate with therapists and physicians, and support a safe, healing environment focused on dignity, respect, and recovery.
