Job description
Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise care, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans for individualized rehabilitation. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated, compassionate care that supports each patient’s recovery.
Ideal candidates hold valid RN licensure, CPR certification, and have 1 year of rehab hospital experience. ACLS/CRRN credentials are preferred to enhance the care team’s expertise.
