Job description
Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury is seeking a Registered Nurse to contribute to patient recoveries in a compassionate, home-like setting. You will supervise care, perform assessments, tailor care plans, and collaborate across departments to support rehabilitation goals.
Ideal candidates hold an RN license, CPR, ACLS preferred, and have about one year of rehab hospital experience; CRRN preferred.
