Job description
Intermountain Health in Butte, Montana, is seeking an RN Shift Lead I to provide leadership and clinical expertise on the day shift within St James Hospital. This part-time role requires a BSN, Montana RN license, and BLS.
You will supervise staff, coordinate staffing to census, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and support unit management while maintaining patient-focused care. Scheduled weekly hours are 12, with on-site responsibilities.
