Job description
Intermountain Health is seeking an RN Shift Lead I for a part-time, day shift position. This role provides leadership and clinical expertise on the shift, coordinating resources to align staffing with census and acuity while supporting staff and modeling professionalism.
The position requires a BSN within 4 years (or 15 years acute care), Montana RN license, and BLS. Duties include directing patient care, responding to emergencies, and participating in committees as needed.
