Job description
Complete Care is hiring a full-time RN or LPN Unit Manager for DAY shifts in New Jersey. The unit leader will oversee daily operations, supervise clinical care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements include a valid NJ RN License, prior leadership in LTC or acute care, and strong clinical and communication skills. Competitive hourly pay of $37–$47 and bright growth opportunities are offered.
