Job description
Green Sage Café in Asheville is seeking a General Manager for one of our three locations. This is a people-first leadership role focused on building and training your FOH and BOH team, with daytime hours and no late nights.
You will run one cafe within a proven brand framework, recruit and onboard staff, coach for excellence, and uphold our standards. The role emphasizes culture, guest experience, and profitable operations.
