Job description
Biscuitville Fresh Southern is seeking a General Manager / Operator for a daytime, full-time role in Thomasville, NC. This position emphasizes guest-obsessed leadership, training and development of staff, and strong P&L and operational planning.
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business metrics in a fast-paced restaurant environment. A pre-opening training period is possible at one of our locations.
