Job description
Joby Aviation in Dayton, OH is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to serve as an onsite People Team expert, managing employee relations, investigations, and coaching managers while aligning with company policies and labor laws.
The role partners with the General Manager and leaders on strategic HR initiatives, supports onboarding, recruitment, compensation, and benefits, and drives best‑in‑class workplace practices. A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of HR experience are required.
