Job description
Joby Aviation in Dayton, OH seeks a Senior Employee Relations Partner to guide employee relations, investigations, and coaching for managers. You will collaborate with the General Manager on HR initiatives and ensure policy and labor-law alignment, while supporting onboarding and recruitment activities on site.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years in employee relations, and strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Travel up to 10% is possible.
