Meanwhile, you'll have the support and resources of the fastest-growing brand in the construction industry to make it happen.Your Role on Our Team:The Lead is responsible for directing and coaching employees.You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing ordersSchedules pick-upTrain and coach employeesMonitors performance and production goalsCorrects errors and able to escalate to the proper individualCreates BOLs and bills ordersPerform computer related tasks and runs reportsEnsures that processes and policies are being followedIdentify and correct production issuesResponsible for overall organization and cleaning of areaThe TOOLS you'll bring with you:Requires education equivalent to four years of high school2-3 Years General Labor ExperienceOther TOOLS we prefer you to have:2 years Lead experience preferredStrong communications skills both oral and writtenWorking Conditions:ManufacturingPhysical DemandsDriving motorized equipment for long periods of timeFrequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling of tools and boxesAble to work in various temperature conditionsOperation of motorized forkliftPhysical and Weight Lifting DemandsThe physical and weight lifting demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
