Job description
BMO U.S. is expanding with a De Novo branch in Del Mar, inviting entrepreneurial leaders to launch and shape a new team. This Bank Manager role guides and coaches staff to deliver exceptional service, understands customer needs, and advises on products and strategies to meet financial objectives.
You will cultivate community relationships, conduct strategic outreach, develop the branch business plan, and drive growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
