Job description
Construction equipment OEM is looking for an entrepreneurial Dealer Development Manager to grow sales across a large, multi-state territory in the Central U.S. You will own the region and drive earthmoving equipment sales through an established network of dealers, helping each one build and run a strong Go-to-Market plan. This is a remote, travel-heavy role with the chance to add new dealers and build a team as the region grows.
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
Have a proven record of selling earthmoving or construction equipment and growing market share.
Know how dealers work, from OEM dealer development or from sales leadership inside an equipment dealer.
Can help dealers build sales plans, set goals, manage inventory, and hit their numbers.
Are a self-driven builder who thrives in a growing company and enjoys heavy travel to customers.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU’LL NEED:
At least 5 years of sales experience in construction equipment, including earthmoving equipment and work with dealer networks. Experience in dealer development, dealer recruitment, or leading dealer sales teams is a strong plus. A bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, or a related field is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel 50-75% as required.
