Job description
TrueCar, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Director to lead the operational backbone of Dealer Sales and Performance Management. You will own programs, onboarding, and process management while driving initiatives that keep the team engaged and aligned with priorities.
The role reports to the SVP of Dealer Sales and will grow from a one-person function to a larger team, with KPIs and reporting at the core of decision-making.
