Job description
As a Dealer Services Specialist II at Cox Automotive’s Manheim Seattle location, you’ll be the primary point of contact for dealer clients, ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience across vehicle remarketing services. You will manage post-sale activities, process transactions, and coordinate with auction, operations, and sales teams to resolve issues quickly and accurately. Using CRM and digital tools, you’ll monitor account activity, prepare reports, and keep dealers informed on titles, payments, and vehicle status. You’ll leverage your automotive and customer service expertise to build strong relationships and support Cox Automotive’s innovative, people-first culture.
