Our success in each area of our business is only attainable by having a culture-oriented, well-trained team of professionals who are focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.ResponsibilitiesProvide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchasesPresent customers with additional, optional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experienceMaintains proficiency and certifications as required for the positionAccurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes dealsEnsure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelinesPrepares paperwork and contracts, collects signatures and finalizes vehicle purchasesAccurately audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvementsEnsure the expeditious funding of all contractsOther duties as assignedQualificationsEagerness to improve, learn and growGreat attitude, confidence in communication, and ability to take directionCollege degree preferred or equivalent experience favored, but will train for the right candidate.Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferredAbility to analyze and structure deals for maximum profitabilityWell-versed in title laws and registration processProfessional personal appearance and skilled verbal/written communicationValid driver's licenseBenefitsMedical, dental & vision insurance401K plan + matchPaid time off and vacationShort/long term disability/flex/lifeGrowth opportunities
