Automotive Sales Consultant – Gladewater, Texas

What You’ll Do
Greet customers with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in their needs
Guide buyers through the full sales process — discovery, product presentation, test drives, and closing
Maintain consistent follow‑up with leads, past customers, and unsold opportunities
Communicate clearly and transparently about pricing, features, financing options, and inventory
Stay knowledgeable on product lines, incentives, and competitive advantages
Work closely with management and F&I to ensure smooth, efficient deal flow
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales goals with consistency and integrity
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Experience in automotive sales is preferred, but strong sales or customer‑facing backgrounds are also welcome
A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and naturally
Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple customers at once
