The Opportunity
nAs a Deals - Valuation Intern, you will engage in the dynamic world of deal valuation, providing strategic advice and conducting due diligence to help clients make informed decisions and maximize value. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a team that guides clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing reliably to the team's success.
nIn this role at PwC, you will have the chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting unique challenges and scope. nResponsibilities
nnSupporting valuation teams in conducting asset and business valuations for mergers and acquisitions
nParticipating in financial analysis and modeling to assess the value of financial instruments and businesses
nAssisting in the preparation of valuation reports and presentations for client engagements
nEngaging in research to gather relevant market data and industry trends for valuation purposes
nCollaborating with team members to analyze balance sheets and financial statements
nUtilizing Alteryx for data analysis and process automation in valuation projects
nObserving and learning from experienced professionals to develop skills in valuation methodologies
nContributing to the development of strategic advice for clients in the context of business transactions
nApplying analytical skills to support due diligence and valuation processes
n nWhat You Must Have
nnCurrently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
nClient service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year

nParticipating in asset valuation and financial modeling projects
nUtilizing Alteryx for data analysis and process automation
nEngaging in business valuations and derivative valuation tasks

n nThe salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
