Job description
Chamberlain University seeks a Dean of Academic Affairs, Nursing for our Irving campus to lead academic quality, faculty excellence, and student success. The Dean oversees nursing curricula, assessment, and accreditation while ensuring alignment with Chamberlain’s mission and standards. This role manages faculty hiring, development, and evaluation; drives continuous improvement; and partners with campus and national leaders on strategic initiatives. The Dean fosters a student-centered, inclusive culture and maintains compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements while promoting innovation in nursing education.
