Excelon Associates Recruitment is partnering with a growing higher education institution in Tampa, Florida to fill the role of Dean of Academic Affairs. This senior leader will oversee the Education Department, drive student success, faculty development, and academic quality in alignment with the campus mission and strategic plans.
The role requires a Master’s in Education, at least five years of supervisory experience in higher education, and a track record of teaching excellence.
