Job description
Renton Technical College is seeking a Dean of Advanced Manufacturing to provide strategic vision and leadership for the Advanced Manufacturing Division. The Dean is responsible for fiscal oversight, sustainable planning, and the development and implementation of key workforce initiatives. This role will support the retention and recruitment of students, including the collaboration and contribution towards college-wide operational and strategic priorities. The Dean also provides leadership and direction for the division's programs, faculty, and staff to ensure success across all areas.
This is a full-time, and exempt position reporting to the Vice President of Instruction. The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $150,000 annually. The priority consideration date is September 7, 2026.

Administrative Responsibilities:
Support the college's mission by creating a learning and work environment of mutual respect and fairness, while encouraging creative and critical thinking. Contribute to the appreciation of multicultural understanding.
Collaborate with businesses and industry to provide leadership and administrative oversight for the college’s Workforce, Trades, & Economic Development Programs that ensures consistency with current, changing and future needs of students and the workforce community.
Provide direction and lead the division in developing and offering current, relevant and effective high demand programs.
Work with faculty in curriculum review and revision, outcomes assessment, and improvement processes.
