Job description
Summit Public Schools is seeking a temporary Dean of Culture & Instruction to support faculty development, classroom instruction, and campus discipline. The role focuses on building an anti-bias, anti-racist school culture through restorative practices and relationship-building across the campus community.
The Dean will coach teachers through Induction, design professional development, monitor progress, and lead culture initiatives while collaborating with school leadership and partners.
