Job description
Challenge Charter School seeks a 6-8 Dean to establish a positive, safe school culture and lead disciplinary policy implementation. The role focuses on PBIS, data-driven culture metrics, and strong collaboration with families and staff.
The candidate will oversee student supports, coordinate partnerships, and present formal reports on culture and safety. A Bachelor’s is required and a Master’s is preferred; three years of dean experience is expected.
