Job description
Summit Public Schools is seeking a Dean of Instruction & Culture for the school year in Seattle. The role focuses on developing faculty, coaching teachers, and implementing anti-bias, anti-racist practices to build an equitable school culture.
You'll lead Induction coaching, monitor progress, and oversee restorative practices, while collaborating with leaders and partners to strengthen student outcomes and maintain Summit’s instructional standards.
