Job description
Summit Public Schools seeks a Dean of Instruction & Culture to lead teacher development, induction, and school culture initiatives at Daly City campuses. You will coach, observe, provide actionable feedback, and coordinate with partners to build strong instructional practices.
You will drive anti-bias and restorative work, design PD, and oversee discipline and student support metrics, ensuring a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across the school community.
