Job description
Summit Public Schools in California seeks a Dean of Instruction & Culture to develop faculty, coach teachers through Summit’s Induction program, and lead anti-bias and restorative practices to support a strong, equitable school culture.
You will oversee campus discipline, design professional development experiences, and communicate progress to school leaders while advancing collaboration, feedback, and high expectations for all students.
