Job description
KIPP NYC is seeking a Dean to lead curriculum development and cultivate a positive school culture across its NYC campuses. The Dean will coordinate instructional content, coach teachers, and support professional development while reporting to the Principal.
Responsibilities include monitoring student achievement with data analysis, coordinating operations, and ensuring alignment with KIPP NYC’s mission. This role requires strong leadership and a track record in education.
