Job description
Ridgewater College seeks a senior administrator to lead instructional programs across the Willmar and Hutchinson campuses. You will supervise faculty and staff, oversee curriculum and accreditation processes, and align academic operations with Ridgewater’s strategic goals.
Required are a Master’s in Nursing, an active MN RN license, and 3–5 years in Nursing Education. Travel between campuses is expected; strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential.
