Job description
Galapagos Charter School is seeking a Dean of School Culture to lead behavior, culture, and character systems across the campus. You will coach teachers, respond to scholar needs, monitor data, and partner with families to build a joyful, safe learning community.
You will oversee disciplinary processes, collaborate with leaders to plan supports, and drive schoolwide celebrations that reinforce belonging and achievement for every scholar.
