INTERNAL POSTING to RUTGERS UNIVERSITY ONLY******** The Honors Living-Learning Community ( HLLC ; ) at Rutgers University-Newark is searching for a new Dean. Founded in 2015, the HLLC is a transformational college access program that reimagines traditional notions of merit and excellence. It fosters interdisciplinary learning communities that tackle pressing social issues and empower students from historically marginalized backgrounds.
About the HLLC Dean The next HLLC Dean will lead a nationally recognized initiative that is revolutionizing honors education, cultivating talent, and engaging communities. The next Dean will be a visionary leader committed to innovation and transformative education. The Dean is the chief academic and administrative officer for the HLLC . The Dean provides leadership, direction, and overview for all HLLC programs, services, and initiatives. The Dean works with all stakeholders across the campus including university faculty, administrators, and staff to create an exceptional community of students who share a passion for learning. The Dean of the HLLC reports directly to the Vice Provost.
