Job description
Gardner-Webb University invites applications for the position of Dean of the M. Christopher White School of Divinity. This full-time faculty leadership role reports to the Provost and shapes academic quality, student success, and operational excellence within the school.
The Dean leads program development, faculty enrollment, and governance, while working with enrollment strategies to grow majors. A strong Christian commitment and administrative experience in higher education are essential.
