Job description
Stephens College invites applications for the Dean of the Women's College. The role provides chief academic officer leadership, oversees all academic programs, faculty, staff, and operations, and drives recruitment, retention, and student success.
The Dean will build partnerships with external stakeholders, ensure program quality and accreditation readiness, and collaborate with senior leadership to advance institutional priorities and strategic plans.
