Job description
KOCH FOODS is seeking a Debone Plant Supervisor to lead daily operations in our poultry debone department. This role oversees production schedules, staffing, and line performance to ensure safe, efficient output that meets quality and yield targets. The supervisor enforces food safety, USDA, and company standards, drives continuous improvement, and promotes a strong safety culture. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, monitoring KPIs, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, and partnering with maintenance, QA, and operations to deliver reliable, cost-effective production and support plant goals.
