Job description
Spectrum Environmental Services, Inc. seeks a Branch Manager for Decatur to establish and grow the local operations. You will build the Decatur facility, staff it, recruit and develop teams, and align equipment with project needs to deliver Spectrum’s services.
You will partner with division GMs to coordinate resources across the region, drive customer relationships, and lead the branch in line with Spectrum’s core values and EOS practices.
